James Haywood (b. 1991) is a Franco-British artist and designer based near Montpellier. Trained in aerospace engineering, he now explores alternative mineral materials and sculptural forms that sit between design and art, creating one-of-a-kind objects conceived for longevity — both in their material lifespan and in the way they connect with us.

His work grows from a contemplation of our place within the wider universe.
